American Diabetes Association– The American Diabetes Association’s goal is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. They fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and fight for those affected by diabetes and fund research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes. The organization delivers services to hundreds of communities while providing objective and credible information. Beyond Type 1– Beyond Type 1 is a nonprofit organization changing what it means to live with diabetes. Through platforms, programs, resources, and grants, Beyond Type 1 is uniting the global diabetes community and providing solutions to improve lives today. Founded in 2015 with a focus on education, advocacy, and a pathway to cure Type 1 diabetes while aiming to change what it means to live with chronic illness. Beyond Type 2– Launched in 2019, Beyond Type 2 is a program of the nonprofit organization Beyond Type 1. Beyond Type 2 is a place for everyone impacted by type 2 diabetes to share their stories, get connected to the community, and find resources on topics from daily management to mental health.
Children With Diabetes-The CWD Answers Team believes in an empowerment model of diabetes care and education, while stressing the importance of self-care and health promotion. We believe in a team approach to diabetes care for kids and adults with diabetes, and their families, with the person with diabetes as the most important member of their own diabetes team.

Diabetes Sisters– DiabetesSisters is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the health and quality of life of women with diabetes, and to advocate on their behalf. The organization understands the fear and isolation that often comes with living with diabetes because they are an organization that is managed by women who are living with diabetes and recognizes emotional and peer support is vitally important to a woman's overall wellbeing. Opportunities for peer support and education allow women of all ages to form a special bond and can freely share information, helpful tips, and stories of hope.
